I ordered a few items online 3 weeks ago, and they haven't arrived. Customer services only tell lies about where is the status of the order when they replay, the only thing they do is blame Canada post. Even though the items are no even near to be shipped they refused to cancel my order. They are just ripping people off, trying to get the last cent they can before going bankrupt. Please save your money a lot of time and grieve and don't buy any items online.
It is so bad firstly i have to wait for my order so long that i received it one is totally different colour i ordered black and i got white,second i ordered tan sandlas what i received both shoe for left foot ..why you dont guys double check while packaging.. i was trying to email them but they dont respond.. having very bad experience with them . I hope now they will let me know what should i do with this order .

CHARGED THREE TIMES FOR ITEMS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED, NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY
They looted me! Scamming level 100000! They charged my bank account 3 times for the same items! Items haven't even been delivered yet! They keep charging on my bank account. I am so angry!
Don’t order from them. I ordered a dress over 3 weeks ago and they say it has been “shipped” but I haven’t gotten any tracking information. I’ve gotten no answers from their customer service.
I was racially discriminated today and falsely accused by the store manager and the Sale team at the Ellice Le Chateau located in Winnipeg Manitoba. The minute I enter the store she threatened to call security if I didn't leave because she received complaint that anytime I went to the store I made them uncomfortable which was totally false. The security guard lied to support what the sales people had told the manager.
She used the word that "I was making them uncomfortable"
In these times where some blacks have been killed based on false information, I felt a victim today at Le Chateau Ellice,Winnipeg Manitoba.
I will report to Human right for the right actions to be taken against them.
I ordered two weeks ago and since then, only received one email that they are working on my order. I have emailed them couple of times to inquire about my order, but no response. Out of the 5 items, I received only one, without any notification. No contact phone number available either not sure how to contact them
I have 2 orders I’ve been waiting for. 1 Order I’ve been waiting 5 weeks and received 1 of 2 items. The second order I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and received 2 of 5 items. I emailed customer service about my first order and was told “you item will ship this week” that was 2 weeks ago. When I followed up she just said shipping is delayed.
I buy multiple items so I can justify paying shipping - I was already charged shipping on my one order even though it hasn’t fully been processed...,
I’m not sure if they are over selling items... I’ve had order come from China quicker.
Really disappointed.
I placed an order about 2 weeks go and keep receiving emails stating that my order is "still in processing and will be shipped shortly". It was mentioned on their website that shipments should take place anytime between 3-5 business days, however that does not seem to be the case. I decided to call the customer service number found on their website and there is no response. Through an automated message, they have asked to email customer service. I followed suit to email them, however no response. There is no way to get in contact with the customer service of this company.
UPDATE: It has now been almost a month since I placed my order. I have received 4 of 5 shoes I ordered and they were all the correct size and unused. There were no emails sent out to let me know my items were shipped and the packages seemed to be delivered via Uber or Lyft (Not by a courier company). I am still awaiting one item which is still processing on their tracking website.
UPDATE: I a still waiting on 1 item, however all of my other items were in brand new condition and my card was only charged for the items that I received. The tracking information appears on the "le chateau tracking" webpage only IF your items state "Shipped" on the right hand side of each item. I am not sure what is happening with my last item, however I was not charged for it.

Avoid at all cost! I ordered 9 dresses. They came in multiple shipments over a 2 week time frame. Latest dresses arrived only a few days ago. I tried to return 4 that did not fit and cant process a return because the items are listed as "processed" and not "shipped". I suppose you cant return something that is not "shipped" (even though I clearly have the dresses). Today I went into the system again in hopes that the status updated to "shipped". Instead I now get a message that the items are "final sale and non-returnable". They were not final sale when I ordered them because it said that the items were still returnable. They just changed all their online sales to final sale but it should not apply to my purchases which were made before this change. Now I'm thinking about paying for my own shipping just to get some money back even though I am supposed to get flat rate shipping through their website. My problem is that I dont know where to ship them since there isn't any information available online and according to an in-store employee they moved their warehouse location. I understand that they are shutting down but that's no excuse for any of this. I cant say with certainty that they are trying to deceive customers but it sure as hell looks like it.

I've been here a couple of times, and they have gorgeous dresses and pretty tops. But they are overpriced terribly, and even their business closing down sale is awfully pricey. The lowest price of even the most basic looking top is $35. That's hardly a sale for a business that's going out of business, literally. That being said, it was definitely a classy store while it lasted, and I wish it wasn't closing down, because I didn't get an opportunity to shop here often and they have a lot of potential to continue with great styles. Sigh...
I am outraged. I ordered some clothes mid Jan. They were shipped in 4 separate shipments, and I received two of something and something was missing. I noticed the total 4 charges (for the four shipments) on my credit card were for more than the total order. So I inquired. Turns out they charged me for four duplicates but only sent one duplicate. I sent the duplicate items and a dress back. In short, they owe me 7 refunds but are only willing to give me 3 at this time because they aren’t smart enough to see what I am saying. I literally had to make a spreadsheet. I put in a complaint with VISA. And like many others said, you cannot talk to a soul and I’ve been through three agents via email since January - nearly 20 emails back and forth!
